We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Assistant to support our finance department and ensure smooth and efficient accounting operations. As an Account Assistant you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, assisting with reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the team in various accounting tasks.

• Assist with Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper posting in the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support in processing invoices ensuring timely payments and followups for outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile Accounts: Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure that all discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Tax Compliance: Help with preparation and filing of tax returns ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team and management as needed.
• Document Filing & RecordKeeping: Ensure proper documentation filing and storage of financial records.
• Assist with Audits: Support in internal and external audit processes.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Previous experience as an Account Assistant, Accounting Clerk or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (knowledge of QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Mandatory Certification: ACCA/CA/CPA/CIMA or any similar certification.
