Job summary
A construction company in the UAE is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee on-site installation activities. Responsibilities include supervising electrical work, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 AED per month.

Education
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee on-site electrical installation activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily supervision, coordination with other disciplines, and technical liaison with consultants to deliver high-quality electrical systems within schedule and budget.
- Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate closely with other trades (e.g., mechanical, plumbing, structural) to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems and avoid conflicts.
- Attend site inspections with consultants and authorities, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
- Review electrical designs, drawings, and technical submittals for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site and propose practical solutions in collaboration with the design and construction teams.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Major: Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in electrical installation, supervision, and coordination, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
- In‑depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, DEWA regulations).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with electrical design software and project management tools is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
