A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Executive to drive revenue growth and expand client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business, 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in HR consultancy, strong negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications

Education
As a Senior Sales & Service Executive at People Perfect Advisory you will play a key role in driving revenue growth identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the HR consultancy and tech sectors. You will leverage your understanding of HR solutions technology and market dynamics to build strategic partnerships and contribute to the companys expansion in the UAE market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services including recruitment employee outsourcing training and payroll management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
- Prepared and presented proposals to potential clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or associated industries in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- A valid UAE driving license is required
