• Assist PMC review payment documents and conduct site visit inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports and monitor compliance and risks.

Role : Inspector-MPM (Outsource)

Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

Assist PMC to do (review the payment documents /Contact the clients and conduct site visit inspection for progress payments upload the inspection photos to the project folder prepare inspection Note (report)

Policies Systems Processes and Procedures:

• Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

PMC:

• Conduct site visit inspection.
• Review payment documents.
• Prepare inspection Note (report)
• Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department

Training:

In house training will be given.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Diploma Certificate preferred Engineer Diploma Certificate.
• Good communication skills.
• Site knowledges
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous experience:

• 2-5 years experience (Diploma).
