You will oversee purchasing and supply chain processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably in hospitality.
- WHS experience is a must.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement operations for cost-effective purchasing.
- Manage warehouse inventory and supplier relationships.
- Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations.

- Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs
- 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
- WHS Oversight (experience in WHS is a must)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management software
- Ability to handle highpressure environments and fastpaced operations
