Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Executive to drive revenue growth and expand their client base. You will develop sales strategies, maintain client relationships, and identify business opportunities within the HR tech sector. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or associated industries in the UAE.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services including recruitment employee outsourcing training and payroll management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
- Prepared and presented proposals to potential clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or associated industries in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
