As Outlet Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Hyatt Centric brand. You will oversee service standards, team development, and financial performance, while curating a vibrant dining atmosphere that celebrates local flavors and global trends. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality.

Your Role
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective menu planning, upselling strategies, and cost control.
  • Inspire and coach the team to deliver personalized and engaging service aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the dining experience.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to attract both hotel guests and local patrons.
  • Represent the outlet in departmental meetings and contribute to hotel-wide service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for food, beverage, and guest engagement.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
