The senior import & export executive will be managing import/export operations and the purchase order process across all indirect categories including IT hardware, software, facilities management and others.

• Ensure tracking the P2P process & coordinate with the finance team for timely payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and shipments.
• Prepare reports on import activities, costs, and shipment performance.
• Provide analysis and suggestions to line manager regarding potential improvements in the import process.

• Communication with export customers / distributors for the payment & LCs where required & bank related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and shipments.

• Provide analysis and suggestions to line manager regarding potential improvements in the export process.

• Day-to-day operation including coordination with Suppliers / Vendors & Freight forwarders.
• Prepare and review import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.).
• Liaise with customs brokers and ensure timely customs clearance for international shipments. Address and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, duties, and other relevant laws (such as Incoterms, customs duties, VAT, etc.).

• Day-to-day operation including coordination with Banks & Internal key stakeholders.
• Prepare and review import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.).
• Liaise with customs brokers and ensure timely customs clearance for international shipments. Address and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, duties, and other relevant laws (such as Incoterms, customs duties, VAT, etc.).

• Work with internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure proper inventory management and shipment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, both inbound and outbound.

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in an import/export, logistics, or supply chain management role.
