A leading international hotel in Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for its Lebanese restaurant. This individual will be responsible for running the outlet as a successful profit center while adhering to brand standards and strategies. The candidate should have a relevant degree or experience in hospitality management and at least two years in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine. Arabic language proficiency is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• In depth knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine. Arabic language is a must.
