Job summary

A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a professional for customer engagement in their fleet Aftersales business. The role involves acting as a point of contact for B2B customers, addressing queries, and ensuring operational updates. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years in automotive customer engagement are required. Excellent English skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential, while knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive customer engagement centres.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales pitch for new/existing customers through Telephone/Email.
  • Attend Customer Queries and follow up with concerned stakeholders.
  • Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of trust and high confidence.
  • Follow up with Finance & Monthly Invoice submission to customers.
  • Monitor workflows daily and update customer on vehicle status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and operations for delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between sales/back-office teams & customers.
  • Comply with local laws and client’s QHSEMS requirements.
  • Gather market intelligence data.
