Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced individual responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of heavy equipment rentals, both on-site and off-site. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the delivery, pickup, and transportation of heavy equipment across multiple sites.
2. Communicate effectively with drivers, mechanics, and clients to ensure timely equipment deployment.
3. Manage rental contracts, quotes, work orders, and support daily operational activities.
4. Oversee on-site activities such as equipment loading/unloading, maintenance scheduling, and inventory management.
5. Conduct off-site tasks including site visits, logistics planning, and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or equipment rental.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and their operational requirements.
• Reliable and available to work flexible hours.
• UAE driver’s license is preferred.
