Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting the company’s financial data to support management in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. You will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and enhance overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze financial data regularly, perform financial statement analysis, and prepare detailed reports identifying potential financial risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts, track performance against budget, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and assess profitability across projects and business units.
  • Develop and monitor key financial indicators such as gross margin, net profit margin, and return on capital, providing periodic performance reports to management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making with relevant insights.
  • Evaluate and identify financial risks, assisting in the development of financial risk management and control measures to ensure compliance and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Strong background in finance, accounting, or financial management; Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using financial analysis tools and accounting software.
  • Possession of professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
