Regional Air Freight Support Intern

Overview
Support the regional air freight team by assisting with data compilation, report preparation, and project management tasks. This internship offers hands‑on experience in data analytics, supply‑chain operations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Top RFQ List Updates: regularly update and maintain the top Request for Quotation (RFQ) list.
- Data Management for MTS ATA reports: download and organize source data required for the MTS ATA reports.
- RFQ Country Submissions: compile RFQ country submissions and responses into a regional master file for analysis.
- Research & Data Gathering: gather and research country‑specific information to showcase capabilities and unique selling propositions (USPs) for AFR presentations.
- Carrier Performance Reports: prepare performance reports for carrier meetings, ensuring accurate and effective presentation>
- Marketing Liaison: collaborate with the marketing team to obtain regional AFR campaigns, presentations, and materials for quarterly business reviews and calls.
- Volume Data Collection: obtain and organize volume details for award notices.
- Meeting Support: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for RFQ strategy meetings.
- Data Updates & Analytics: gather and update data for external market and internal pricing analytics tools.
- Airfreight Pipeline Analysis: prepare weekly summaries and growth analysis of the airfreight pipeline.
- Operational KPI Analysis: support preparation of reports and analysis of operational KPIs, highlighting key findings for operations calls.
- Data Quality Improvements: analyze data quality reports and collaborate with country teams to address and eliminate data quality issues.
- Project Management Support: create project plans, schedule meetings, generate minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up and output delivery.
- Stakeholder Interaction: interact primarily with colleagues in the own team, communicate clearly, and address task‑related issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Less than 2 years of experience; internship experience acceptable.
