Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves supporting the project management team in the delivery of projects through planning, coordination, and reporting activities. It also includes increased responsibility and ownership of project elements with a focus on developing client‑facing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior project staff with a variety of project management tasks including the preparation and maintenance of project quality documentation and progress reports.
  • Take ownership of small‑scale projects or specific components of larger projects under the guidance of a more experienced Project Manager.
  • Support client engagement activities to foster strong working relationships and improve communication and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
  • Assist in the use and maintenance of internal project management systems and tools such as Workbench or equivalent platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all project activities.
  • Participate in project meetings, track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Continuously develop project management competencies through mentorship and hands‑on experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and FIDIC contracts
