We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Coordinator to work in our newly-launched Epicure Studio, based in Dubai! The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. They will also be providing coordination and administrative support with events held at Epicure Studio. Candidates should have experience working within the F&B and/or events industries, enjoy interacting with people, and have a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Key responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls and acting as the first point of contact for visitors
• Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office to include maintenance, cleanliness, and office provisions etc.
• Attending to customer, vendor and supplier phone calls in a timely manner
• Receiving invoices & documents, and maintaining a log of items received, as well as ensuring that these are handed over to the respective recipient at the end of the day
• In charge of creating and approving food and drink menus
• Ordering F&B items as required
• Taking inventory of stock
• Maintaining records of purchase and sales
• Assisting in event planning
• Managing budgets and controlling costs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience in similar role is preferred
• Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management and coordination skills
