A healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking a dedicated nurse to deliver patient-centric care while ensuring compliance with professional standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have a valid BLS and ACLS certificate. The role requires at least two years of experience in nursing, with additional preference given for cardiology and UAE experience. This position focuses on patient safety and the creation of positive patient experiences in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Formación
Valid BLS and ACLS certificate required.
Essential: At least two years of nursing experience in your own country.
Desired: Two years recent experience in a cardiology clinic.
Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.
Responsabilidades
Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team.
Ensure patient safety by managing risks in accordance with policies.
Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
Mentor and coach nursing employees and learners.
Conocimientos
Basic Arabic language skills
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Verbal and written communication skills in English
