Job Description

Job Summary:
WovVTech is looking for Sales champions across various experience levels who will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans to sell WovVTech's Products and Technology Services. Looking for go-getters with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience track of target achievements in SaaS based product sales and Cloud based Software Solutions Services in International and Domestic Market.

Experience: 10+ years

Position Levels
  1. VP/AVP 10+ years
  2. Regional Sales Director 7-8+ years
  3. Sales Director 6-7+ years
  4. Senior Manager (Customer Success) 5+ years
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  2. Applying in-depth understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs within businesses.
  3. Developing and maintaining a quality pipeline of prospects; discovering, developing, and managing relationships with prospective customers to sell our services.
  4. Understanding customer pain points; identifying solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers.
  5. Making informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers.
  6. Creating and presenting proposals to stakeholders; providing thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives; determining the customers' capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our types of services; communicating how our services align with their strategic needs.
  7. Retaining customers by maintaining a high level of responsiveness to both existing and prospective customer requests for technology solutions.
  8. Meeting and/or exceeding an assigned sales target.
  9. Applying understanding of technology operations, corporate technology infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in a typical enterprise environment.
  10. Assuring customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; soliciting/identifying additional business and solving problems.
  11. Engaging and driving demand generation activities through virtual/video meetings, email, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years experience in consultative selling specific to technology solutions and services to mid-market companies; strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities.
  2. A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas and developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
  3. Possessing the ability to build trust by communicating pertinent information and data via video, email, phone and/or face-to-face; projecting confidence, expertise, and sincerity in the delivery of proposals to stakeholders.
  4. An ability to take a holistic and strategic approach to the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales.
  5. Possessing strong problem-solving abilities; ability to evaluate patterns from closed/won or closed/loss business and applying learnings to future deals.
  6. Demonstrable effective communication skills.
  7. An ability to adjust behaviors that lead to different actions and better outcomes.
  8. Technical proficiency; data and sales technology literacy; experience utilizing sales intelligence and CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
  9. A history of ongoing professional development activities.
  10. Possessing a drive, passion, and commitment to win!
  11. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
