Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to workshops and subcontractors’ workshops.

  • Write Bench Instruction Sheet and provide technical analysis.
  • Identify technical levers for workshop performance improvement.
  • Manage engine industrialization plan and monitor KPIs.
  • Participate in product reviews and share best practices.

Job description

We are representing one of our clients, a top aircraft component manufacturer who is also known for effectively maintaining, repairing, and overhauling jet engines. Reporting to a technically sound Technical Support Manager, the Technical Support Senior Executive will be supporting and coordinating one or several workshops based in Asia and has two main tasks. The first is to support engineering activities to ensure the successful completion of shop visits, and the second task is to support the industrialization of the subcontractors’ workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Providing Technical supports to workshops and subcontractors’ workshops.
  • Job scope analysis and proposal for improvement based on onsite experience.
  • Job scope evolution in collaboration with Engine Owner and Fleet Technical Manager.
  • Writing of the Bench Instruction Sheet and providing technical analysis of scrapped parts.
  • Identification and formalization of technical levers allowing an improvement in the performance of the workshop visit in terms of costs, quality, and delay.
  • Management of engine industrialization plan and KPI monitoring.
  • Participation in Product Reviews and sharing best workshop practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum an Engineering bachelor’s degree with over 3-5 years of related aircraft engine MRO experience.
  • Effective communication skills and being comfortable interacting with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
