We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented
Spa Supervisor
to join our Health & Wellness team. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless daily operation of the spa, uphold the highest standards of guest experience, and support our therapists and reception team in delivering exceptional, holistic wellness services. This role plays a key part in maintaining the serene, nurturing environment that reflects Zulal's commitment to genuine care, balance, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
  • Supervise daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, and relaxation areas, ensuring all facilities are well-presented and maintained in accordance with Zulal standards.
  • Coordinate therapist schedules and guest appointments to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform massage and body treatments when required by operational needs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Zulal protocols.
  • Ensure all spa areas comply with hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Spa Manager in implementing spa promotions, wellness programs, and seasonal offers in alignment with the resort's brand philosophy.
Team Management
  • Supervise and support spa team members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct daily briefings to share updates, targets, and guest expectations.
  • Promote a positive team environment, encouraging engagement and professional development.
Guest Experience
  • Ensure a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for every guest, reflecting Zulal's service culture.
  • Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure guest preferences, treatment notes, and feedback are recorded and communicated for continuous improvement.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols as per resort standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of spa equipment and facilities, ensuring functionality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure therapists adhere to hygiene and disinfection standards before and after each treatment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 years' experience
    in a supervisory position within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and guest service excellence.
  • Proficient in spa booking systems (Intellispa) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
