We are seeking a Junior Producer Associate to join our MENA team in Dubai. The role involves working in a dynamic environment, managing AR and video projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
2. Managing external creative partners through clear communication.
3. Supporting partnerships by developing knowledge of ad products and vendors.
4. Proactively addressing challenges and providing creative solutions.
5. Using project management tools to track progress and costs.
6. Maintaining data accuracy to support decision-making.
7. Promoting Snapchat's creative guidelines and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in G Suite and willingness to learn new tools.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with project management tools.
• Passion for Snapchat and marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player and collaborator.
