- Complete various official transactions and follow up on implementation.
- Prepare minutes of meetings chaired by the Center Director.
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods and maintain the center's archive.

Study the official transactions related to the nature of the work, review them, and ensure that they meet the required conditions. Filling out the necessary data and information in various transactions. Follow up on the completion of various official transactions related to the nature of the work. Guidance auditors and respond to their inquiries and guide them in matters related to the nature of the work when needed. Reviewing the periodic reports received by the center and supervising their analysis and study. Preserving and archiving data and documents related to the nature of the work. Carrying out any other work related to the nature of the work when assigned.
