Job summary

A leading aluminium production company in Dubai is seeking candidates to support Pot Line operations through on-the-job training. The position involves assisting Cell Operators in the production of molten aluminium. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma, have physical fitness, and preferably some experience in heavy industry. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and safe production processes, and candidates should have basic English communication skills. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in heavy industry preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts in potrooms.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in anode changing and metal sampling.
• Support pot operations including skimming and tapping.
• Ensure safety standards and report hazards.

Skills
