Description: A Real Estate Operations Manager is central to the success and smooth operation of a real estate business. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing workflow and compliance to managing budgets and customer relationships. A skilled Operations Manager ensures that all departments work cohesively, fostering a collaborative environment that boosts efficiency and morale. They also play a crucial role in strategic planning, contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the company.

• Monthly salary between AED 12k-AED 15k
• Employment Visa & medical cover

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an operations manager managing a team.
• Strong blend of technical and soft skills including project management, compliance, and technology integration.
• Soft skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential.
• Should possess a strong strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
• Oversee the daily operations of real estate properties, ensuring efficient management, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between stakeholders for optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Real Estate brokerage experience is a plus.
