Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of departments such as manufacturing, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, R&D, Quality and Stores /warehouse to effect operational efficiency and economy
• New projects/ building R&D management
• Budget and cost control management
• New process and systems development
• Plant expansion and long term investment management
• Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures
• Responsible for effective handling of major import/export activities
• Health safety and environment procedures compliance
• Participates in the planning and formulation of company strategy and the implementation of departmental action plans
• Manages and appraises staff

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience in similar position
