Description

Ontime Group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Arabic Female Sales Specialist for our Healthcare division focusing on Fitouts and Recruitment. This role is vital in expanding our healthcare services by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge and client relationship skills to make a significant impact in our growing market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in the healthcare sector
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their fitout and recruitment needs
  • Conduct indepth market analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Present customized solutions through compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate proposals and contracts to drive profitable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects
  • Track sales metrics and client feedback to enhance service offerings
  • Participate in relevant industry events to promote Ontime Group and its services
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience particularly in healthcare fitouts and recruitment
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and healthcare industry standards
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a positive attitude
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
