Zenon is pleased to be working with one of the world’s fastest-growing helicopter companies in their recruitment of an ERP Manager based in the Middle East.

As a leading provider of services ranging from HEMS, Utility, Surveying, VIP, and Corporate Charter operations, this position requires an individual with extensive experience in managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures.

Your Responsibilities will be:

1. Oversee the management of specific emergency programs, ensuring response activities are in line with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for the company’s operations and specific incident types.
3. Coordinate and conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises to test and improve plan effectiveness.
4. Supervise operational support functions, including monitoring the security situation with the company’s Security team, and develop appropriate guidelines and SOPs.
5. Monitor and evaluate emergency response performance, recommending improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
7. Provide training and education on emergency response procedures to employees and contractors.
8. Maintain and update emergency response documents and records.
9. Coordinate and communicate with relevant authorities during emergencies.
10. Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
11. Identify and evaluate potential emergency scenarios and risks.
12. Develop and maintain emergency response equipment and supplies.
13. Understand and adhere to the company's emergency response protocols.
14. Monitor humanitarian risks and inform management and staff accordingly.
15. Manage ERP projects, including monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting.
16. Advise and consult with businesses to ensure operational continuity during emergencies.
17. Respond to incidents such as natural disasters, assessing the situation and response level required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 7 years of experience as an ERP in the aviation field.
2. Certificate course in Emergency Management Professional (EMP).
3. Certificate course in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (advantage).
4. Certificate course in Aviation Human Factors (advantage).
5. Familiarity with GACARs and FAA/EASA regulations.
6. Strong knowledge of emergency response principles, procedures, and regulations.

Highly organized, process and task-oriented, with problem-solving and communication skills.
