We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and lead a variety of IT projects within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams towards the successful completion of projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to adapt to changing priorities will be crucial in driving project success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts to guide project execution.
• Allocate resources and manage project budgets to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Conduct regular status meetings with teams and stakeholders to communicate updates and progress.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making sessions to overcome project obstacles.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
• Ensure post-project evaluations and lessons learned are conducted for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
