Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 3 years in a management position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ISO standards and a proven track record in the UAE construction market, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Main Contractors.
- At least 3 years in a management position.
- UAE Construction market experience required.
- NEBOSH/ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred.

- Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.
- Lead site inspections and audits.
- Monitor contractor performance against quality standards.
- Train and mentor QA/QC staff.

- Lead site inspections, audits, and quality control checks.
- Support and drive Quality and HSE excellence across the business with strong QA/QC operational skills.
- Support Divisional and Project QAQC Teams in achieving consistent standards.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, report, and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Lead, train, and mentor QA/QC staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients on quality matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Main Contractors with at least 3 years in a management position.
- UAE Construction market experience a must.
- NEBOSH/ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
- Experienced in Site level Quality Management, ISO9001, 14001 AND 45001 systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
