Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to conduct sales calls and manage relationships with clients. The role involves developing long-term business relationships, supporting customer loyalty strategies, and negotiating rates. Ideal candidates should possess relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.
Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspections for clients.
- Provide quick and timely responses to develop business relationships.
- Support hotels service and strategy for customer loyalty.
- Work closely with Revenue department for rate negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with front office teams.
- Accompany sales team on calls to assist with account development.
- Target key accounts for the company.
- Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
