Job summary
A hospitality company in Fujairah Emirate is looking for dynamic Maintenance professionals. The role involves executing preparation and decoration tasks throughout the property, ensuring high standards of maintenance. Applicants should have a technical education, relevant experience, and the ability to work under pressure. This position is ideal for reliable candidates with a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Ability to work under policies and regulations.
- Must be in good physical condition and have a good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all preparation works and decorate all ceilings and walls.
- Prepare and decorate all woodwork such as doors and skirting boards.
- Strip and prepare all walls for new wallpaper.
- Repair and maintain existing wall coverings.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for decorating jobs.
