A Pearl Club Manager with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive lounge which provides exclusive services to VIPs hightier loyalty members and other premium guests. Their role is to deliver exceptional service while managing a team handling guest relations and ensuring a luxurious seamless experience for guests.
