Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee strategic planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and proficiency with pricing and revenue management systems. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure optimal hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a full-time Revenue Management position.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Strong knowledge of revenue and market intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor key indicators of hotel performance.
- Track and analyze competitive pricing and yield strategies.
- Work with Reservations and Front Desk to ensure guest service.
- Liaise with teams to ensure Revenue Management principles are understood.
