Job summary
A growing food-tech company in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing efforts. The successful candidate will manage data-driven campaigns, develop community initiatives, and oversee localized marketing assets. With 5-10 years of experience in B2C or D2C brands, strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's regional marketing strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2C or D2C brand.
- Background in food, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer tech is a strong plus.
- Experience in a regional or market-level marketing role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management from concept to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and activate community-building initiatives to grow brand presence.
- Oversee the production of localized marketing assets ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage and grow local partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Support Go-To-Market execution for new product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign messaging and delivery.
- Track and report on brand KPIs and campaign performance.
