Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial fit-out projects.
  • 3+ years in healthcare fit-outs with a proven track record.
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-focused.
  • Experience managing fast-track healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hospital fit-out projects from design to handover.
  • Supervise contractors' work and enforce quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with developers, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage variations, value engineering, and risk.
