Black & Grey HR is seeking a Talent Advisor - Healthcare with deep expertise in UAE and global healthcare hiring. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience, strong market intelligence, and an active network of clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently driving healthcare recruitment projects—especially high-volume nurse hiring, while developing business opportunities and ensuring compliance with regional and international standards.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment projects, with a primary focus on high-volume Nurse hiring and urgent clinical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new healthcare clients, leveraging your active network to generate business and project mandates.
- Create and execute recruitment plans for roles across UAE and international locations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Source, assess, and manage pipelines for Nurses, technicians, and Allied Health professionals. - Ensure all candidates meet relevant licensing and regulatory requirements, including DHA, DOH / HAAD, MOH, DHCC, NCLEX, UK NMC, and other global frameworks.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, project trackers, and performance reports for internal and client communication.
- Advise on market trends, salary insights, global mobility rules, and licensing updates to support strategic decision‑making.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, digital tools, and professional networks to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Champion exceptional candidate and client experience, representing the Black & Grey HR brand with professionalism.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE and international markets.
- Strong track record managing high-volume Nurse hiring and large‑scale healthcare recruitment projects.
- Established network of active healthcare clients and qualified candidates across hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
- Deep understanding of UAE licensing processes (DHA, DOH / HAAD, MOH, DHCC) and major global licensing standards (NCLEX, NMC, HAAD equivalency, etc.).
- Ability to kickstart and independently run healthcare recruitment projects.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, project coordination, stakeholder management, and negotiations.
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
