OnTime Group is searching for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Healthcare Insurance Empanelment Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for managing the process of empanelment with insurance companies ensuring that the companies healthcare services are accessible to patients through various insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the empanelment process with insurance providers ensuring compliance with their requirements.
• Should have connections and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and their representatives.
• Conduct regular audits of empanelment processes and insurance contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in negotiating terms of contracts and agreements with insurers.Provide training and guidance to staff regarding insurance policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to empanelment and contracts.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in insurance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or a related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare insurance empanelment and connections with Insurance companies
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and the healthcare landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
