Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks.
• Manage the billing and cash up process.
• Meet customer service expectations to improve patient service quality.

Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

CRM (customer relations management) software applications

Hospital information systems

Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and process

Numerical literacy

Education

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
