The role involves monitoring architectural works, reviewing technical submittals, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, with at least 10 years in the UAE, particularly in healthcare projects. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AUTO CAD are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
  • Minimum 15 years of ME experience needed, including 10 years in UAE.
  • Ten years of healthcare/hospital experience necessary.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor architectural works for contract compliance.
  • Review and process architectural technical submittals.
  • Answer RFIs related to architecture.
  • Supervise architectural activities and operations.
  • Review contractors' change order proposals.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants.
  • Prepare weekly planning and reports.
