Job summary

An operational solutions provider in the UAE is seeking a Tester for User Acceptance Test (UAT). The role requires at least 2 years of operational experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry, alongside strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will analyze and validate requirements, execute test plans, and ensure software meets quality standards. This is a fulltime position based in Dubai with no remote work options offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role within the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of core operational processes including Claims processing and Policy Management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Functional Business Owners to understand business logic.
• Analyse and validate use cases and requirements.
• Execute test plans and test cases including functional testing.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies with approved Business Requirements.
• Test the UI for usability and accessibility.
