Manage daily workforce and assign tasks on-site.
Monitor progress and ensure work is completed to required standards.
Maintain safety, order, and productivity at the site.
Report to site engineer or project manager regularly.
Assist in resolving technical and labor-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Dubai roads & infrastructure projects.
Solid knowledge of road construction methods and safety rules.
Ability to manage teams and lead by example.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
