Radio Technician

We are in search of an experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing radio communication systems and equipment. This position requires strong knowledge of radio technology and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair radio communication systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Perform regular maintenance checks on all radio equipment
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
• Stay updated with new developments in radio technology
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of radio communication systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina to work in various settings and weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience working with different types of radios such as VHF, HF, UHF, etc.
• Familiarity with navigation systems such as GPS or radar systems

Salary: 1600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
