Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes ensuring consistent quality in taste and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of grilling techniques and recipes.
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the grill station and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create a seamless workflow and outstanding dining experiences.
- Train and mentor junior staff in grilling techniques and proper ingredient handling.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Grill Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Must have knowledge in continental/oriental cuisine but specializedinGrill
- Strong background in grilling techniques and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in UAE.
