Qualifications
- Prior experience in a stewarding role, preferably in a wellness hospitality setting or high-end hotel/resort.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Physically fit and capable of handling a hands-on, active role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils according to HACCP standards.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring the availability of clean tools and equipment.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as necessary.
- Adhere to The Dose's wellness principles by using eco-friendly cleaning agents and processes.
