Plan, coordinate, and supervise the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of process systems and equipment.
Ensure commissioning procedures, check sheets, and test packages are properly implemented and completed.
Review and verify system readiness, including mechanical completion, punch list clearance, and preservation status.
Lead the commissioning team and interface with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, instrumentation, mechanical) to ensure seamless execution.
Supervise functional tests (e.g., flushing, leak tests, pressure tests, valve stroking, flow checks) and ensure performance matches design parameters.
Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams for resolution.
Ensure that commissioning activities are executed in accordance with HSE standards and site safety procedures.
Interface with operations for system handover and participate in startup activities.
Prepare daily/weekly commissioning progress reports and documentation.
Support training of operations personnel and preparation of handover dossiers and as-built documents.
