A premier dining establishment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure high-quality service, and assist with daily operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring guest experiences, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Flexibility in working hours is required, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsabilités
- Directly oversee staff performance during shifts.
- Monitor guest experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Help track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in reporting on operational performance and customer feedback.
