A luxury resort in Dubai is seeking a Hostess for their All-Day Dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in customer service, and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting servers, and providing guests with detailed knowledge of menus. This is a full-time permanent position in a prestigious hotel environment.

- Check the reservation system and in‑house guest information for the next meal period.
- Notify the supervisor of any large group bookings or any reservations with special requests, VIPs, etc.
- Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all necessary information such as birthdays, anniversaries, “bill not to be taken to the table,” and other unusual requests.
- Allocate all reservations as per the floor plan.
- Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative.
- Answer the phone within a maximum of three rings.
- Respond to customer questions accurately, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the product and offerings.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: ingredients, preparation, serving style, pricing, promotions, and special events.
- Understand server and runner tasks in the outlet and provide assistance as required.
- Have a fair understanding of general information about the city.
- Be aware of all hotel policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- It is not mandatory to have hotel experience; a stand‑alone restaurant host role is also welcomed to apply.
