We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the PR and marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend networking events to promote the agency and network with potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the UAE and GCC market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement complex, data-driven marketing strategies that lead to tangible business results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience role, preferably within digital marketing industry.
