Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and maintain established standards.
• Provide high-quality customer service and answer enquiries.
• Identify selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Offer appropriate solutions for customer problems.
• Participate in outbound calling programs as needed.
