Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a motivated individual who will drive sales growth and enhance brand presence in the digital marketing market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an understanding of the manufacturing sector, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the PR and marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend networking events to promote the agency and network with potential clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the UAE and GCC market.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex, data-driven marketing strategies that lead to tangible business results.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience role, preferably within digital marketing industry.
