Description:

Education: Degree in Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve).
• Working experience with Finacle 11 requirements and product capabilities, including customization architecture.
• Experience handling Finacle interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator).
• Direct interaction with clients is required.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of Finacle product architecture and customization layers.
• Knowledge of Finacle customization flow, including reports, MRT, Jasper, batch jobs, product menu customization, FI EODBOD process, and debugging.
• Experience with best practices in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions related to Finacle.
• Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
• Understanding of Finacle Integrator and potential enhancements.

Functional Skills:

• Functional knowledge of Finacle Core Banking.
• Good understanding of banking domain and terminologies.
• Finacle certification from Infosys is an advantage.
• Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM/SSOADM).
• Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Ensure quality in technical and application architecture and system design.
• Research and benchmark technology against industry standards.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of owning and driving tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with senior and executive management.
