Regional Distribution Transformer Applications Engineer
Job summary
A leading engineering firm based in Dubai seeks a Distribution Transformer Application Engineer to drive Application Engineering and Business Development efforts. The role involves developing KPIs, providing customer technical training, and engaging with internal teams to foster collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus. The position offers ample opportunities for professional development and travel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, especially in transformer design.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel ~35%.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Application Engineering and Business Development.
- Organize and conduct Customer Technical Trainings.
- Develop and implement KPIs for the Transformer portfolio.
- Provide technical support and feedback to marketing and sales.
